Speaking on 9NEWS, neighbours said they were woken at midnight to an altercation in their front yard.
"Someone was pushed up against our window, we were almost thinking someone was going to come through our window at some point, so it was a bit of a shock to the system to wake up to," neighbour Corben Weinert said.
"The second time was a fight on the street, that's when the ambulance got called."
It is understood police were called to the same property last Friday after another alleged disturbance.
During the alleged incident, a 55-year-old man allegedly assaulted a 17-year-old boy with a metal pole.
Neighbour Chloe Smith said residents are fed up.
"It's not on, it needs to be controlled...a nice street like this in Dawesville, it's not fair to anyone else that lives here," she told 7NEWS.
"The fact that it's not just a one time thing...it's worrying."
The investigation is ongoing.
