An Erskine man has been charged after stealing items from a charity donation bin in Mandurah.
Police will allege at around 3am on Thursday January 9, the man parked his vehicle a short distance from a donation bin on Pinjarra Road, walked to the bin and removed a large amount of clothing.
He then placed the items into his car and drove off.
The 48-year-old man will receive a $500 criminal infringement for stealing.
