Wembley Police are searching for Mark Bradley Ribbons, who was last seen at Graylands Hospital on Saturday.
Mr Ribbons was last seen at Graylands Hospital in Mount Claremont around 3.30pm on Saturday May 12.
The 46-year-old is described as fair skinned, approximately 170cms tall, with a slim build, short brown hair and brown eyes.
Concerns are held for his welfare and anyone who sees Mark should not approach him but call Police immediately on 131 444.
