Rockingham Detectives have charged a 78-year-old man as a result of their extensive investigation into historical child sexual abuse allegations.
The man will front Perth Magistrates Court today where it will be alleged he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old boy.
The man allegedly assaulted the boy between January and November 1979 when he was the owner of a gardening and handyman business.
The victim was employed as the man's assistant.
The man from Scarborough has been charged with:-
· 10 counts of Unlawful and Indecent Assault
· One count of Carnal Knowledge Against Nature.
