Sex Assault Squad Detectives have charged a 44 year old Sergeant attached to the Mandurah Police District.
The officer has been charged with seven counts of Aggravated Sexual Penetration Without Consent.
It will be alleged that the incidents occurred at a private residence while the officer was off-duty on 24th September 2018.
The officer was stood down from operational duties and will appear in the Rockingham Magistrates Court on Friday, 30 November 2018.
