The SES have responded to callouts in Mandurah overnight after a storm hit the region.
Mandurah SES manager Chris Stickland said two households in Coodanup and Greenfields called for assistance.
"Fortunately very light damage...the one in Coodanup was hit by lightning and the one in Greenfields had a leaky roof, so we were very fortunate," he said.
Another storm and showers are likely today.
