The City of Mandurah has released their Easter in Mandurah schedule, running as part of their Endless Long Weekends program.
The weekend is set to feature a number of family friendly events beginning next Friday, April 2.
Program of events and activities include:
Friday 2 April
Outdoor Movie: Hop, 6pm - 7:30pm, Mandjar Square.
Get in early to set up your picnic, rug or bean bag as you sit and enjoy this family friendly Easter movie outdoors. Come down early to snap a photo with the Easter bunny from 5pm - 6:30pm.
Saturday 3 April
Virtual Easter Egg Hunt, 9am - 4pm, Mandurah City Centre.
Grab the family and your mobile phone to take part in the virtual Easter egg hunt, with puzzles, trivia, and both physical and virtual challenges. There are giveaways and prizes you can win. Keep an eye out for a very special rabbit wandering around.
Outdoor Movie: Peter Rabbit > 6pm - 7:30pm, Mandjar Square
Hop in to see what mischief Peter Rabbit has got himself in to. Set up your own picnic, rug or bean bag and enjoy an outdoor movie. Come down early to snap a photo with the Easter bunny from 5pm - 6:30pm.
Sunday 4 April
Giant Easter Egg Hunt > 10am - 5pm, King Carnival
Join in one of three sessions of Easter egg hunts, unlimited rides and some great prizes at King Carnival. Make sure you get your tickets today.
Monday 5 April
Mandurah Easter Concert > 12noon - 5pm, Eastern Foreshore (south end)
Enjoy live music from acoustic artists as you relax with the beautiful estuary as the backdrop. Easter craft activities, giant games, mini golf and a bouncy castle will be on offer as well.
