A 49-year-old man has died in a suspected stabbing incident in Baldivis.
Police were called to the property on Bramall Terrace around 6.40pm on Tuesday following reports of a "serious incident".
The victim suffered critical injuries and was rushed to Rockingham Hospital where he later died.
A 45-year-old woman is assisting Homicide Squad detectives with their investigation.
Police say the pair are known to each other.
