Police are calling for witnesses after a silver two-door Hyundai was seen driving erratically along Forrest Highway.
It is alleged the car was swerving in and out of traffic, hitting other vehicles and road signs around midday on Friday October 11.
A man was in the driver's seat and a large brown dog was also in the car, which was travelling south towards Bunbury.
South West Traffic officers would like to speak to anyone who saw the Hyundai or who has dash-cam vision of the Hyundai travelling on the Forrest Highway between Mandurah and Bunbury CBD to come forward.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
