WA Police will continue their investigation into a serious crash which occurred in Lake Clifton yesterday afternoon.
It's believe a Holden Commodore was travelling north on the Forrest Highway when around 2:50pm, just north of Old Coast Road, the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The Commodore left the road, traveled up an embankment before hitting a thick scrub causing the vehicle to roll over.
The 32-year-old male driver received serious injuries and was airlifted by the RAC Rescue helicopter to Royal Perth Hospital.
The 29-year-old female passenger in the vehicle also received serious injuries and was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash, or the Holden Commodore travelling in the area prior to the crash.
Anyone with information or dash-cam vision relating to this crash is asked to come forward and contact CrimeStoppers on 1800 333 000 or online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
