Police investigating after man suffers serious injuries in Port Kennedy incident

Police are investigating after a man suffered a serious leg injury in Port Kennedy.

It is understood the man, aged in his 20s, was injured in the vicinity of Grand Ocean Boulevard between 7.30pm and 8pm on Monday.

A WA Police spokesperson said the man does not wish to speak with police and they have not confirmed if he was a victim of a crime.

A St John Ambulance spokesperson said the man made his own way to Rockingham Hospital after suffering "multiple wounds".

He was then transferred by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital at 9pm.

Anyone who was in the vicinity of Grand Ocean Boulevard between 7.30pm and 8pm last night who has dash-cam vision or any information relating to this incident, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
