The 11-year-old girl was last seen after visiting family in Spearwood on Monday.
Cockburn Police are asking anyone who has seen Lola Santos to get in contact on 131 444.
Lola is described as fair skinned, 130cm tall, medium build with brown eyes and shoulder length brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a yellow shirt with pink writing, black shorts and sand shoes.
Concerns are held for her welfare and anyone with information regarding Lola’s whereabouts should contact Police.
