Queen Elizabeth II has died aged 96.
The Queen passed away peacefully at her Balmoral estate in the Scottish Highlands on Thursday afternoon local time.
Her death came after Buckingham Palace issued a statement confirming doctors were "concerned for her health" and she was "under medical supervision".
Her eldest son, Charles, will now become the King of the United Kingdom.
He will be known as King Charles III.
Queen Elizabeth held the throne for 70-years and was Britain's longest-reigning monarch.
