A Quinns Rock child care worker has been charged with four counts of aggravated assault, after she allegedly scratched children.
Police said two boys and two girls all under the age of four allegedly received a scratch injury while in the direct care of the woman.
The 23-year-old has been charged with four counts of aggravated assault occasioning bodily harm.
Investigations into reported incidents at the same Child Care Centre are continuing.
She is due to appear in the Joondalup Magistrates Court October 14.
