A group of teenagers have been charged over a serious assault in Northbridge.
Police were called to James Street near Nicks Lane around 12.50am on Saturday, March 21 after reports of a large brawl outside a nightclub.
A 24-year-old man suffered serious injuries after he was allegedly assaulted and struck over the head with a metal bollard.
He was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.
A 17-year-old boy from Wonthella has been charged with one count of with intent to harm, did an act causing bodily harm.
He was granted bail after appearing in the Perth Children's Court on Saturday, March 21.
A 15-year-old boy from Port Kennedy has been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm and fighting in public causing fear.
A 17-year-old boy from Rockingham and a 16-year-old girl from Port Kennedy have each been charged with fighting in public causing fear and a 20-year-old woman has been charged with disorderly behaviour in public.
All four have been bailed and will appear in court at a later date.
