WA Police are urgently asking for the public's help to locate a missing 46-year-old woman who has not been seen for five days.
Jodie King was last seen near a home on Quindanning Darkan Road in Darkan on Wednesday, June 24.
She is believed to be travelling in a black Volkswagen Touareg, with WA registration ‘1HSB569’.
According to the ABC South West, Ms King's mobile phone was last detected in the area of a mobile phone tower near Logue Brook Dam.
Family friend of Ms King, Graeme Peirce, is coordinating a community search party.
"Forty people gathered and commenced searching a large area north of Collie to just south of Pinjarra and extended almost to Boddington," Mr Peirce told ABC South West.
"It's just such a huge area in there, so many little winding tracks and tricky terrain.
"We've just about exhausted everything we can search in the area."
