A volleyball coach from Perth's southern suburbs has been charged with a series of child sex offences.
Police allege during November 2018, the 38-year-old man committed the offences against a 16-year-old girl during volleyball coaching sessions.
At the time of the incidents he was the chief coach of a volleyball club.
The man from a southern suburb of Perth has been charged with eight counts of sexual penetration of a child over 16 under their authority and three counts of attempted sexual penetration of a child over 16 under their authority.
He is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today.
