A family home near Rockingham has gone up in flames with a large damage bill posted.
Emergency services were called to a house fire on Bibanup Court, near Ennis Avenue just before midnight.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze, which is now being treated as suspicious.
A damage bill of $250,000 has been set, it's not yet known if anyone was home at the time.
