Two children and their father have died in a suspected murder-suicide in Perth's south-east.
Police were called to a home on Essington Street in Huntingdale by a family member around 6.35pm on Friday.
When officers arrived they found a six-year-old boy, a four-year-old girl and their 40-year-old father dead inside the home.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the deaths are ongoing.
A large police presence including detectives and forensic officers will remain at the scene.
"WA Police will continue to provide support and assistance to the family, friends and first- responders affected by this tragic incident," a WA Police spokesperson said.
