A woman has been hit with a $400 fine and three demerit points after allegedly using her mobile phone while riding a bicycle.
The woman was spotted by police riding without a helmet on Forrest Road in Armadale last week.
According to WA Police Traffic's tweet, she was also on the phone to her daughter.
Cyclists are subject to the same penalties as motorists when it comes to using a mobile phone while driving.
