Week 3 - Team Lakelands

This week’s sessions have again been both inside and outside the gym allowing the contestants to use a wide variety of equipment as well as training activities.

The outside sessions included a team jogging ball challenge, lunges, squats, push ups and everyone’s favourite – ball slams!

A combined strength & cardio session on Wednesday had contestants pushing their fitness levels with boxing, battleropes and rower circuit, followed by a mini weight training session.

The overall team loss is an amazing 41.7kgs and this coming week will see a greater focus on individual meal plans.

Next week’s training sessions will continue to become harder and more intense as the team push their fitness to the next level.
