A two-year-old boy has suffered serious head injuries following a crash in the Great Southern.
The toddler was a rear passenger in a white Subaru Forester that was travelling along Allen Road in Walpole, when it hit a tree around 1.40pm on Sunday.
The boy was rushed to Albany Hospital before being airlifted by the Royal Flying Doctor Service to Perth Children's Hospital.
He remains in a critical but stable condition.
The 39-year-old male driver was not injured.
Major Crash investigators would like anyone who saw the crash, the Subaru Forester travelling in the area prior to the crash or who has dash-cam footage to come forward.
