A man has died in a workplace incident at Collie's Griffin Coal mine.
Emergency services were called out to the site around 11pm on Thursday.
The man, aged in his 40s, died as a result of his injuries.
WorkSafe and the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety are investigating.
