A Mandurah father of four was threatened with a hammer and knife during a terrifying home invasion.
Mandurah Police are investigating an incident at a house on Sutton Street in which three men forced their way into a home and stole a vehicle.
Around 5.40pm on Sunday, a 36 year old man was home when the three men forced their way into his house armed with a hammer.
They then threatened him for his car keys and personal belongings, with the victim being assaulted during the incident.
One of the offenders also threatened the man with a knife found in the house.
They ransacked the man’s house, before stealing his silver Holden Commodore (registration SSV 547) which was parked at the residence.
All three are described as being dark skinned.
The victim received facial injuries and was treated at Peel Health Campus.
