Police have charged a 23-year-old man over an alleged brick attack that left a woman with a fractured skull.
Mandurah Detectives arrested the man after releasing CCTV footage of the alleged assault that happened on the Smart Street Mall around 1.30am on Wednesday.
The Dudley Park man has been charged with committing an unlawful act with intent to harm.
He was refused bail and is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today.
Inquiries are continuing in relation to the other three men involved.
