Police are investigating a deliberately lit fire at a business in Rockingham.
A triple-0 call was made around 10.20am on Monday with reports a truck was on fire inside a building on Cort Way.
It took firefighters half an hour to extinguish the blaze.
The damage bill has been put at $10,000.
