Mandurah Detectives are currently investigating a gun road rage incident that took place in Halls Head yesterday.
Police said just before 8am yesterday a man was driving a vehicle and trailer south along Peelwood Parade in Halls Head.
A dark coloured sedan vehicle was then driven by a male offender out of Decora Way and onto Peelwood Parade northbound.
As the sedan pulled out the back end of the vehicle appeared to lose control.
The male victim shouted out at the male offender and continued south along Peelwood Parade.
The offender was seen to do a U turn and then drove south in the same direction as the victim.
At Solandri Turn roundabout, whilst the victim was driving south, the offender drove incorrectly around the roundabout to further confront him.
The offender was seen to use a cloth to disguise his head and face and was seen to be in possession of a firearm before driving off in an unknown direction.
The offender is described as in his late teens to early twenties.
Detectives are requesting for anyone who was in the area to check if they have any dash cam footage or CCTV that may assist in this investigation.
Anyone who saw the male offender or his vehicle in the area is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
Callers may remain anonymous if they wish.
