Strike Vulcan Officers are calling for more information to help in their investigation into a suspicious fire which occurred in Secret Harbour.
On Sunday 5:40pm, the Department of Fire and Emergency Services received reports of a bushfire between Secret Harbour Boulevard and Taki Place in Secret Harbour, within the Port Kennedy Scientific Park.
The fire burnt approximately 3000sp metres of bushland before fire crew were able to extinguish the blaze.
WA Police said given the high winds at the time and dense bushland of the area, the fire had the potential to be catastrophic.

Any members of the public who were driving in the vicinity of the area between 5:15 and 7pm, who may have dash-cam footage of the area is asked to come forward.

Rewards of up to $50,000 are available for information which leads to the identification and conviction of an arsonist.
