Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal crash which occurred in the Kwinana Hub Shopping Centre car park.
The crash occurred on Thursday 4 May at approximately 10.30am when a Volkswagen Jetta sedan, white in colour, reversed out of a parking bay and knocked over an elderly male who was walking through the car park with his wife.
A 74 year old man was conveyed by ambulance to Hospital for medical treatment and later died as a result of his injuries.
Major Crash investigators would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the crash or the white Volkswagen or pedestrian prior to the crash.
