The 27-year-old and another man will front court after being arrested at the scene of a car crash yesterday.
Police have charged two men who tried to flee the scene of a crash in Bibra Lake.
Around 12:30pm yesterday a white Mazda sedan collided with a grey Toyota and the continued to plough into a power pole.
Police will allege one of the men attempted to flee the scene which sparked a citizen's arrest from bystanders.
Police took the men into custody while the two women in the Toyota were taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The 27-year-old from Leda has been remanded in custody and charged with attempted robbery dangerous driving, no authority to drive and failure to render assistance.
He'll front Perth Magistrates Court today.
A 20-year-old from South Lake has been charged with carried an article to cause fear after he was found with an axe in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
He'll front Fremantle Magistrates Court next month.
