A 44-year-old man has been charged with several offences following investigations into a fatal crash near Dardanup.
A 53-old-year old man from Australind died at the scene of an early morning crash on Boyanup-Picton Road in Crooked Brook on Sunday, September 17.
Bunbury Police and emergency services were advised of the crash near the intersection of Dillon Road involving a red Holden utility and a Lexus four-wheel-drive.
The driver and single occupant of the Lexus, a man from Australind sustained head injuries and was flown to RPH by the Rescue Helicopter.
The driver and single occupant of the red Commodore died at the scene.
A 44-year-old man has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, no authority to drive, driving an unlicensed vehicle and possessing drug paraphernalia.
The man will appear in Bunbury Magistrates Court on Monday November 27.
