A 36-year-old man has been rushed to hospital after a serious crash in Byford.
The man was driving a Toyota Hiace along Warrington Road near Turner Road around 3am on Friday when he collided with a tree.
The driver was trapped in his van and had to be cut free from the wreckage by firefighters.
He was then conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital by ambulance with suspected leg injuries.
