Police and the Department of Communities hold concerns for the welfare of a missing girl.
Three-year-old Eva Lee Cooper was last seen in Mandurah on Tuesday September 17, 2019.
She was wearing a pink and blue Peppa Pig top with pink leggings and no shoes.
It is believed she was in the company of a female adult.
Anyone who sees Eva should contact Police immediately on 131 444.
