Police are investigating an incident at a skate park in Busselton where a man was assaulted and his car damaged.
The man was skating at the park on Foreshore Parade around 2.30pm on Saturday July 27, when he saw a group of three men acting in an anti-social manner.
When he spoke to them about their behaviour, two of the men allegedly acted aggressively before stealing items from the man's car and damaging several windows.
One of the boys also allegedly punched the man, causing minor injuries.
A 22-year-old Busselton man has been charged with threatening to kill, criminal damage and stealing.
He will appear in the Busselton Magistrates Court on August 27.
Detectives have released footage of two other men wanted over the incident.
One man was wearing a white shirt and the other a grey hooded jumper.
