Mandurah detectives are seeking information from the community to help locate Thomas Butler.
Detectives believe Thomas is able to assist with several ongoing investigations, including an assault incident and a stolen motor vehicle incident.
He is described as fair skinned, medium build, approximately 173cm tall with brown hair.
If sighted, members of the community are asked not to approach Thomas, but call police immediately on 131 444.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Thomas can report it to Crime Stoppers via 1800 333 000.
