Police have released CCTV images of a man who may be able to assist them with a stealing incident in Mandurah.
A man and a woman pushing a pram entered a store on Pinjarra Road around 1.45pm on Saturday, August 20 and placed a Pro Scooter in the pram.
They were challenged by security who witnessed the incident, but the pair continued to exit the store without paying for the scooter.
When the officers followed them outside, the man produced what appeared to be a red can of pepper spray and threatened them.
The man is described as dark skinned with a slim build, between 18-25 years of age with dark hair and a moustache.
He was wearing a black jacket, blue pants and black sneakers with a red Brooklyn New York Basketball cap and black headphones around his neck.
