Safety Bay was one of the worst hit areas during overnight wild weather with strong winds uprooting a large tree before it came crashing down onto a backyard fence.
It's been a busy night for State Emergency Service volunteers responding to around 30 calls for help, mostly for roof damage and fallen trees.
Half of the jobs were in the Perth Metro area as the latest cold front crossed the coast.
Several trees came down in the Mandurah and Rockingham areas.
The Weather Bureau said strong wind gusts were recorded at Ocean Reef of 100 kilometres an hour and Rottnest which recorded 96.
A severe weather warning has now been cancelled.
