A 25-year-old man has been charged over a violent carjacking at a Wannanup beach car park.
Mandurah detectives executed a search warrant today at a Wannanup address and arrested a man in relation to the September 23 incident.
The 25-year-old man was taken to Mandurah Police Station where he was charged with aggravated armed robbery, extortion, possess prohibited drug, possess drug paraphernalia and no authority to drive.
He will appear before the Perth Magistrates Court tomorrow.
