One lucky Western Australian has scooped Tuesday night's entire OZ Lotto jackpot.
The ticket was the only division one winner from across the country.
Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney said because the win is so large, they are holding off on sharing the exact location of where the ticket was sold, a policy which encourages the protection of the player.
“What I can share is the Division One winning ticket was sold in the metropolitan area, is a single entry ticket, and is not registered,” Mr Mooney said.
“Last night's draw also produced more than 46,000 other WA winners across the other Divisions, so either way it’s best to check your ticket.
“The WA community has also been a winner, with almost $2.7 million raised thanks to players over the four-week jackpot roll which will contribute to our grants program.”
