Police were called to a property on Carnegie Loop around 2.50am on Saturday after a Holden Statesman, which was reported stolen a short time earlier, crashed into the house.
"A number of people who were in the car, all believed to be juveniles, fled the scene," a WA Police spokesperson said.
Three people were home at the time, with a 64-year-old man receiving minor injuries.
Police dogs were deployed at the scene, but the occupants of the vehicle were not located.
